Marshmallow Now Available In Mzansi For LG G4 Devices

 

The South Korean Electronics Giant LG’s South African office recently announced that Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, the latest update in the line of Android operating systems, would be soon available for all LG G4 Smartphones.
The new update would have a stream of features that are aimed at enhancing the end user experience and make the interface more smooth and functional. One of the most vital update is that now the users would have more control on the Permissions, which means they would be able to control what information different applications can access, both before and after the installation.

The new Silent feature has been added for both sound and vibrate mode. The Do Not Disturb mode has also been added that allows users to block all the calls or only the alarm/notifications as per their requirements.

The new Doze Mode would also come with the new Marshmallow 6.0 update, which would help in halting the background processing of different unwanted applications. It would help in considerably enhancing the battery life of the phone.

Den Prinsloo, General Manager of LG Mobile, South Africa, said in a recent interview that thanks to their association with Google, they are able to bring the latest Android Marshmallow update much sooner for their customers.
